Its penetratingly fresh and clean scent carries a fruity nuance and a camphorous trace that is characterized as somewhat medicinal. This warming oil is reputed to soothe sore and aching muscles and joints while easing the discomfort of menstrual cramps. The invigorating and sweet quality of its aroma is believed to uplift the mood, boost energy, and support the health and function of the respiratory system. Applied topically, it is believed to soothe inflammation, muscle tension, and pain, making it ideal for addressing symptoms of colds, the flu, sinus infections, and seasonal allergies. With an ability to effectively eliminate head lice, fleas, and insects, it is also an ideal ingredient for natural bug repellant sprays.
