Product description:
Niaouli Oil is derived from the leaves and twigs of the evergreen Niaouli tree. This camphoraceous oil exudes a freshness and sweetness that blends well with other oils obtained from evergreens, like Pine, as well as with the cooling oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Cajeput. It also blends well with floral and citrus oils as well as the herbaceous oils of Basil, Rosemary, and Thyme.
The clarifying effects of Niaouli Oil are reputed to benefit not only the skin but also the mind and the respiratory system, as it helps promote easier breathing, sharper focus, and emotional upliftment for an improved emotional state, which may lead to enhanced sleep quality. Despite its powerful potency and stimulating quality, Niaouli Oil is gentle enough for use on sensitive skin and is thought to share the same benefits and properties as Tea Tree Oil. For a body that craves balance, brightness, and clarity in every sense, Niaouli Oil can help!
Quick and easy recipes:
Massage blend: Experience a sense of well-being through a cooling, consoling aromatherapy massage that is reputed to help calm aches and pains. Dilute 2 drops of Niaouli in 1 Tbsp of a preferred Carrier Oil, and gently rub the blend into affected areas. For a more complex blend, add up to 15 drops of other preferred Essential Oils that are reputed to have comforting qualities, such as floral oils, and skin energizing qualities, such as Black Pepper.
Diffuser blend: Simply add 2 drops of Niaouli to a diffuser to rest and revitalize with an aromatherapy experience that is believed to support and strengthen immune function by purifying an indoor environment of airborne germs. When diffused during spiritual practices, such as meditation, Niaouli Oil is said to elevate the spirit and awaken the senses. It can also be diffused in steam inhalation for its believed ability to help reduce congestion.
Bath blend: For a cleansing, invigorating bath enriched with Niaouli, first combine 1 cup each of Sea Salts and Epsom Salts in a glass bowl. To this, add ¼ cup of Baking Soda and 60 ml of 1-2 preferred Carrier Oils. Next, add 3-5 drops of Niaouli Essential Oil. Thoroughly combine all the ingredients, then spoon ¼ -1 cup of the bath blend into a full bathtub of warm water. Before entering the bath, ensure that the salts have completely dissolved.
