For thousands of years, the Dead Sea has been a highly popular locale. Travelling Greeks and Romans visited luxury spas at its thermo-mineral springs – just as people continue to do today – for the waters and the alluvial muds that were reputed to improve their health.
Dead Sea Mud has been used throughout history for its unique and naturally high mineral content that we now know to be exceptionally beneficial for soothing various skin conditions and for enhancing overall health. For this reason, it was the perfect choice for the base of our therapeutic body mud blend, which we have fortified with numerous skin-nourishing ingredients, such as Vitamin E and Aloe Extract. Working in synergy, these components hydrate thirsty skin and make this creamy formula truly unique.
As it reintroduces moisture to dry skin, this mud also draws out bodily toxins and will leave your client feeling not only thoroughly pampered but also deeply rejuvenated. This treatment can be applied unscented, or it can be blended with any of our POYA Synergy Blends to offer the added benefits of aromatherapy.
How to use:
Simply heat the mud in a towel cabinet and smooth this mud onto your client for a body mask or in a body wrap. After the mask has dried, gently rinse away with warm water and dry with a warm towel. This treatment can be applied unscented or can be blended with any of our Poya Synergy Blends to offer the added benefits of aromatherapy.
