Product description:
The leaves of the Tea Tree, sometimes spelled Ti-Tree, yield a thin, clear liquid that is pale yellow in appearance. Its strong, fresh scent – described as woody, balsamic, and camphorous with medicinal nuances – blends well with essential oils that have herbaceous, floral, woody, or spicy aromas, such as Cinnamon Bark, Clove Bud, Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender, Geranium, and Myrrh.
For times of emotional, mental, and physical fatigue, the restorative quality of Tea Tree Oil helps to achieve balance. Its warm, slightly spicy aroma is said to stimulate and sharpen cognitive function, thereby enhancing memory recall, strengthening powers of discernment, and encouraging the feeling of renewal. Use Tea Tree oil to sooth respiratory discomfort, promote the healthy regeneration of skin and hair, and to soothe aching muscles.
Quick and easy recipes:
Massage blend: For a massage oil that helps support immune function as well as the health of the skin, dilute 8-10 drops of Tea Tree Oil in 30 ml (1 oz.) of carrier oil. Apply this blend to preferred areas of skin as well as to muscles and joints affected by soreness or inflammation. Regular topical application of Tea Tree Oil, whether in a bath or in natural cosmetic formulations, is reputed to eliminate harmful bacteria, diminish blemishes, regulate oil production, alleviate dryness, and soothe abrasions, rashes, burns, and other forms of skin irritation.
Diffuser blend: For a revitalizing diffuser recipe that is reputed to promote the sense of calmness, confidence, and emotional balance, add 4 drops of Tea Tree Oil to a diffuser of personal choice. This is reputed to help reduce the chances of experiencing sadness, anxiety, and mood swings, among other negative mindsets. For a diffuser blend that addresses symptoms of common colds and the flu, Tea Tree Oil may be combined with other essential oils that are known to support immune function, such as Lavender or Eucalyptus.
Bath blend: For a bath oil that not only cleanses but that is also reputed to facilitate the healing of wounds by preventing them from developing infections, dilute 6 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil and ½ cup of Epsom Salts, then add the blend to a warm bath. Before entering the bath, ensure that the salts have completely dissolved. This simple blend is believed to reduce fevers, ease headaches, eliminate lice, balance blood pressure, and reduce the appearance of scars, such as those caused by acne.
